BEST OF THE WEEK: Know What You're Selling

When you're looking for work, it's important to know what you bring to the party. 

In other words, you have to know what you're selling to employers.  The job seekers who know what they're selling have a decided edge over those who are looking for anything that provides a paycheck.  And the job seekers who really, really know what they're selling are freelancers.

Yes, freelancers.  After all, they're constantly looking for their next job.  They have to because they don't have full time employers.  That's why it's a good idea for job seekers to learn a few job seeking techniques from freelancers.
