Have you had a lot of telephone interviews? How did they go?
Phone interviews are usually conducted for one of two reasons: 1) to screen candidates to see if it's worthwhile to bring them in for an in-person interview; or 2) the job seeker does not live in the same geography as the job.
Some phone interviews go well and some don't. But you can take steps to improve your phone interview performances.
