BEST OF THE WEEK: Resume Content Over Resume Style

I hate to be handed resumes on heavy bond paper. I hate it even more when resume paper has designs on it.

I also hate a lot of italics, odd typefaces and highlights of color.

Why? Because those resumes usually suck. The job seekers usually attempt to combat a lack of function with an overabundance of form.
