Most of us were taught to turn the other cheek instead of entering into a confrontation.  The thing is, we only have to cheeks on our face.  When we run out of cheeks, what then?  Confrontation happens at work, and for some, it's more often than is needed.  It's important, then, to pick the battles you want to fight and with whom.  We looked at how to pick your battles at work in a post from one year ago.  Check out the full post here:
