With winter approaching, it's essential to make your home as energy-efficient as possible.  Only in that way can you keep the maximum amount of money in your pockets - and out of the coffers of the gas and electric companies.

One sure way to maximize your energy savings is with replacement windows.  If you have a house that's more than 10 years old, chances are you have drafts coming in around your windows.  And, while there are many ways to reduce those drafts (plastic sheets on the windows, rolled towels on the seams of the windows, etc.), none of them increases the value of your home.  None of them provides a permanent solution.
